When you purchase a ticket to a Hudson Valley Renegades baseball game at Heritage Financial Park, you get so much more than a seat at the ballpark. You unlock access to a one-of-a-kind, family-friendly experience that goes way beyond the game itself.
The Renegades, a Class-A affiliate of the world-famous New York Yankees who celebrated their 30th anniversary season in 2024, are on the leading edge of the evolution of the modern ballpark experience and are constantly finding new and inventive ways to make every trip to the ballgame enjoyable, affordable and unforgettable.
The Renegades’ season runs from April through September. Here is a glimpse at what you can expect when you visit Heritage Financial Park:

The game itself is, of course, the nucleus around which all the other promotions and activities revolve. As a Yankees Class-A affiliate since 2021, the Renegades’ roster is dotted with young, up-and-coming prospects in the Bronx Bombers organization. Some of the players you’re watching at Heritage Financial Park, both for the Renegades and their visiting opponents in the South Atlantic League, may be tomorrow’s big stars in Major League Baseball. Since their inception in 1994, 154 Renegades players have gone on to play in the majors.
Emerging Yankees pitching star Cam Schlittler posted a 6-4 record with a 2.60 earned-run average and a team-high 108 strikeouts for the Renegades in 2024. Yankees catcher Austin Wells played parts of two seasons in Wappingers Falls, batting .274 in 2022 and .323 in 2023 with a combined 13 home runs. Prized Yankees shortstop prospect George Lombard batted .329 in 24 games with the Renegades in 2025.
There is also a chance that the Yankees could send one of their players to the Renegades on a rehab assignment following an injury. On July 1, 2023, Yankees pitcher Carlos Rodon — a prized free-agent acquisition following the 2022 season who hadn't yet pitched for the Yanks at that point because of injuries — started on the mound for the Renegades in front of a capacity crowd of 5,076 at Heritage Financial Park and struck out eight in 3.2 innings of work in an 8-2 triumph over the Willmington Blue Rocks, a Washington Nationals affiliate.
What makes minor-league baseball special is the fans’ proximity to the players and the action. Heritage Financial Park is a far more intimate setting than the big-league ballparks, many of which are roughly 10 times its size. Bring your baseball mitt to the game, because there is always a chance you will catch a souvenir foul ball! Be sure to bring a pen, too, because you never know when an autograph opportunity may arise!
And you can’t beat the price. For only $135, the Renegades Family Four Pack includes four tickets, four Renegades hats and four vouchers for hot dogs, chips and sodas at Friday or Saturday home games. Be on the lookout for special ticket deals and promotions throughout the season!

It's been said that Renegades provide entertainment, and the baseball is a an added bonus.
Indeed, a trip to Heritage Financial Park includes so much more than the ballgame itself. There really is never a dull moment, with music during breaks in the action, as well as fan-interactive games and activities between innings.
But that’s only the beginning.
Enjoy postgame fireworks following select games. On Sunday Family Fundays, kids are allowed to run the bases after the game, just like the Renegades! Bring your dog to the ballpark on select Bark in the Park days.
Also this season, the Renegades are continuing their We Care Wednesday program, which allows local and national non-profit organizations to promote themselves and raise awareness.
Every Renegades game is accompanied by its own themed event, special appearance, promotion or giveaway, many of which are sponsored by a Dutchess County business or organization.
Just to name a few, April 25 is Newburgh Gorhams Night (the Renegades suit up as the Newburgh Gorhams in tribute to the pioneering 19th-century all-Black baseball team from the Hudson Valley); May 12 is '70s Night (Throw it back to the funkadelic decade which brought us disco, punk rock, and platform shoes); May 16 is Military Appreciation Night; June 10 is Pride Night (Baseball is for everyone!); June 14 is the Renegades' annual National Puerto Rican Day celebration; July 8 is Jewish Heritage Night; and Aug. 11 is First Responders Night. April 7 is their home opener against the Wilmington Blue Rocks.

Along with traditional stadium seating and concessions, there are so many different ways to enjoy the action at Heritage Financial Park. Make your next family reunion or team-building excursion at work a memorable one and reserve one of the picnic areas or luxury suites.
The WMCHealth Club Lounge opened in 2024 and offers perhaps the finest luxury experience you'll find at a minor-league baseball stadium anywhere. This accessible, all-inclusive event space, which is perfect for groups of between 10 and 100 guests, includes everything you need to have a great time at the ballpark, like parking in an exclusive club lot; a multi-course meal prepared by an executive chef; private restrooms; and indoor, climate-controlled seating. It's a great way to treat your clients, employees, family and friends to an amazing day at the ballpark. Returning this season are the Fireside Seats; for select games, four seats will be available around a cozy campfire, complete with a s'mores delivery during the game!
If climate-controlled luxury is more your speed, then book one of the suites and enjoy all the comforts of home while you watch the game!

Returning favorites include Gade’s Grill, with fresh-off-the-grill items; Eddie’s Churro Factory; Rene’s Popcorn Cart; Tostito’s Taco Shack; and the ever-popular Valley Dessert Cart featuring apple cider donuts and funnel cakes.
Guests are invited to enjoy revamped destinations at the ballpark, including the Sloop Beer Balcony, the Michelob Ultra Party Patio, and the Benmarl Wine Bar.
New items for 2026 include soft-serve ice cream, Cheeto’s Popcorn, and signature drinks, to name a few.
