Chef Thomas Kacherski is a 2001 Culinary Institute of America (CIA) graduate, and has been recognized by Wine Spectator Magazine, Hudson Valley Magazine, and Zagat. In addition he has recently been inducted into the Chaîne des Rôtísseurs, the oldest and largest food and wine society in the world. Crew’s staff is highly trained and dedicated to the owner’s visions. Crew is part of the CIA extern program, providing students with extensive training on site. Many chefs currently employed are CIA alumni.
