As the largest town park in New York State, Tymor Park & Forest boasts over 500 acres of scenic beauty. Once used as an iron mine during the American Revolution, it was re-purposed to operate as a thriving dairy farm until was donated to the Town of Union Vale for recreation and environmental conservation. The park includes miles of trails, a camping area, Fishkill Creek, the Tymor Equestrian Center, various sports fields, indoor halls, disc golf, and an outdoor pool.
