Group Dining: The Culinary Institute of America offers three public student-staffed restaurants for group tour dining by advanced reservations only. American Bounty, Ristorante Caterina de’ Medici and Bocuse.
Group Tasting Tour: Enjoy an interactive 75 minute sensory tasting exercise guided by student chefs on the CIA Experience Tour.
Group Cooking Class: Enjoy a hands-on half-day cooking class conducted by a CIA master chef. Groups will work with fellow classmates to prepare a menu and afterward enjoy the dishes created, discuss the techniques used and receive a full recipe packet to take home and continue perfecting each dish.
