The CIA's Marriott Pavilion features the 800-seat Ecolab Auditorium and the 300-seat Conference Center and hosts the world’s most dynamic exchanges about food, flavor, health, and culture. Featuring works of art like Lou Dorfsman's "Gastrotypographicalassemblage" and two of Arcimboldo's "Four Seasons," the Pavilion enhances the scope and educational experience of The Culinary Institute's students. As a gathering place, the facility opens its doors to friends and neighbors of the college.
