In 2014, the CIA unveiled the new Marriott Pavilion with its new Conference Center and Ecolab Auditorium. As a meeting place, the 800-seat Ecolab Auditorium and 300-seat Conference Center hosts the world’s most dynamic exchanges about food, flavor, health, and culture. Featuring works of art like Lou Dorfsman's Gastrotypographicalassemblage and two of Arcimboldo's Four Seasons, the Pavilion enhances the scope and educational experience of our students. As a gathering place, the facility opens its doors to friends and neighbors of the college.
