This family farm distillery creates handcrafted apple brandy, rye whiskey, whiskey and pommeau—a blend of aged apple brandy and fresh apple juice. The spirits are double-distilled in a traditional French alembic pot still, and all processing, fermenting, distilling, barrel-aging and bottling are done on-site. The rye and more than 120 varieties of apples are grown on the farm. Open year-round for tours and tastings by appointment.
