Named for the Italian word for “little grandma,” or great-grandma, Nonnina’s is a heartfelt celebration of family, tradition, and timeless Italian cooking. Helmed by Chef Ralph Bello (Il Barilotto Enoteca, Primo Waterfront), the menu features handmade fresh pastas, Roman-style pinsas, and creative spritzes and cocktails from Wonderbar’s Connor Mercaldo-Barnard, winner of Best Craft Cocktails & Mocktails in the Hudson Valley. Designed in partnership with Keely Sheehan Design, the space combines vintage charm and modern warmth.
