Learn more about one of 14 original one room schools serving the town of North East, the Irondale schoolhouse dating back to the late 1850s. The restored schoolhouse is located in Millerton, at the head of the Harlem Valley Rail Trail. Original blackboards are available for children to write on and they are welcome to ring the school bell.
