Please join us at the Walkway's center overlook on Tuesday 1/30 at 8:30 am for a brief ceremony to cheer on the Empire State Winter Games Torch Relay athletes as they pass over the Walkway on the flame's journey along the Empire State Trail from Battery Park in NYC to Lake Placid. The torch will light the cauldron at the Opening Ceremonies of the 2018 Empire State Games in Lake Placid, an event that brings together top athletes from across New York State to compete in more than 30 winter sports events.
