Shadows and Spirits: A Hex and Harvest Supper Club at The Culinary Institute of America

For as long as the Hudson River has flowed, shadows and spirits have haunted its shores.

This Halloween, The Culinary Institute of America is welcoming in the dark — and those who dare to greet it — with a dinner party, of course!

Enjoy the spoils of the Hudson Valley’s harvest paired with spirits, both in your glass and perhaps in the ether, for Shadows and Spirits: A Hex and Harvest Supper Club.

The evening will be hosted by the club's own Mrs. Lenora Van Alstyne and her cousin Mr. Percival Finch, whose fascination with the region's folklore tends to test her patience.
