Shadows on the Hudson Presents "A Taste of Argentina" Wine Dinner

Shadows on the Hudson, the popular restaurant on the Poughkeepsie waterfront, invites you to experience the bold, rustic flavors of Argentina during the first evening of the "Shadows Dinner Series."

Shadows on the Hudson's culinary team has created a four-course menu inspired by Argentine favorites, beginning with grilled chorizo and handmade-style empanadas before moving into Beef Milanesa Napolitana and an asado-inspired grilled filet mignon. The evening concludes with Chocotorta, Argentina’s beloved dulce de leche dessert.
