Savage Wonder presents "The Trial" by Franz Kafka, with shows Sept. 5, 12, 19 and 26 at 6 p.m. at the Savage Wonder Art Center.

Five actors play 25 parts. In a court where nobody identifies themselves and the judge is never present, the faces keep changing. It is done in Savage Wonder’s flash to bang style: rehearsed the day of and up that night, fully staged and ambitiously blocked, with no props, no costumes, and actors on book. Every performance is different. None of them are safe.
