Discover Historic Barns, Working Farms, and Iconic Hudson Valley Views.
Step inside some of northern Dutchess County's most beautiful and historic barns! Whether you're passionate about history, architecture, farming, or simply love the Hudson Valley's scenic countryside, the 20th-annual Winnakee Barn Tour offers a memorable day of discovery.
This self-guided tour features historic barns and working farms throughout Rhinebeck and the surrounding area. Knowledgeable docents are at each stop to share stories, answer questions, and bring each property to life.
Along the route, enjoy exciting points of interest and activities that celebrate the region's rich agricultural heritage and today's innovative adaptive reuse.
The tour concludes with a reception at a thoughtfully restored historic barn dating to the early 1900s on a private Red Hook estate. Relax with live music from The Decoys, seasonal farm-fresh fare from Chef Meri Puccio, local wines, and more.
