Guided Bicycle Ride: "Tracks Through Time: Railroads, Crime & the Empire State Trail"

The Maurice D. Hinchey Hudson River Valley National Heritage Area and the Hopewell Depot Museum present a guided bicycle ride exploring the fascinating history along the Empire State Trail. The 12-mile ride begins with a guided tour of the Hopewell Depot Museum before following the former rail corridor to Green Haven Correctional Facility. Along the way, participants will learn about the region's railroad heritage, historic sites, and intriguing stories of crime and justice that have shaped this unique landscape.

This event is not suitable for children under 12. Bikes are not provided. Participants must bring their own bikes and helmets.
