Farm-to-Table Dinner at Bannerman Castle on Pollepel Island

Chef Scout Metzler and his team of chefs return to Pollepel Island for this highly anticipated dinner, which includes a delectable five-course meal. This is a fantastic opportunity to enjoy the island during the peak late summer garden bloom and witness the progress the Bannerman Castle Trust has made on the island’s trails and structures. This culinary event includes a scenic boat ride to and from the island on the RV Estuary Steward from the dock adjacent to the Beacon Metro-North train station.
