Start your morning at the Hudson Valley Hot-Air Balloon Festival with some relaxing yoga! Watch the sunrise and join Pellegrino Healing Center for a soothing morning of yoga while watching the hot-air balloons take flight! All levels are welcome. Bring your mat, a towel, and some water. Sunrise Yoga is free with the purchase of a morning session ticket to the Balloon Festival.
