Azkana Trio Chamber Concert in the Beatrix Farrand Garden at Bellefield

Beatrix Farrand Garden in Hyde Park will present a chamber concert in the garden featuring The Azkana Trio. The outdoor concert at the late summer golden hour will be an unforgettable evening of chamber music. The Azkana Trio was formed in 2026 and has quickly become an in-demand touring chamber ensemble. Individually, the Trio's members have performed around the globe, served as educators and curators, and are known to bring a wealth of experience and a shared passion for connecting with audiences through music. Patrons will be dazzled by Amadi Azikiwe, violinist, violist, and conductor; cellist Amy Kang; and pianist Jasmine Nagano. 

A special feature will be a pre-concert “kids-up-front” mini-concert at 5:45 p.m. by the Azkana Trio, curated to share the sounds, instruments, and tunes that will fascinate kids of all ages. Families can come early and enjoy this fun show, which is sure to turn kids into music lovers! At 6:30, families can move to a comfortable location in the garden so the whole family can continue listening to extraordinary classical pieces in a relaxed garden setting.

Visitors often bring picnics, lawn chairs, friends and children for memorable performances inside the walled garden. Several folding chairs will be available for guests.
