Enjoy a restorative and mindful journey into the woods of Innisfree Garden with certified forest therapy guide Fru Molnar. Fru will lead the group in a gentle pace of intentional slowing-down, inviting participants to engage all their senses seeing, hearing, touching, smelling so as to deeply connect with the woods and themselves. Drawing on the practices of Shinrin‑yoku (Japanese-style forest bathing), this session is designed not as a hike, but as an immersive opportunity to suspend the rush of everyday life and enter into the embrace of nature with awareness and presence.
Participants will be guided through soft invitations to explore their surroundings: pausing by a tree, tuning in to the sound of leaves, noticing textures, or simply sitting quietly beneath the canopy. Fru fosters an inclusive experience grounded in nature as self-care and community care. Her work encourages everyone to open to what the forest has to offer each person uniquely calm, clarity, connection, or renewal.
Expect a tranquil, small-group setting (typically under 30 people) that allows space for reflection, sharing (optional), and stillness. All fitness levels are welcome; youll move slowly and with intention through the woods of Innisfree. Please arrive 10 minutes early, dress for the weather, wear sturdy shoes, and bring water.
