Sushi-Making Workshop at Dassai Blue Sake Brewery (Beginner Class)

Head to the Dassai Blue Sake Brewery and learn how to make sushi with an experienced sushi chef! This will be a two-hour class.

Workshop includes the following:
• Lunch and complimentary glass of Dassai Blue Type 50
• Lecture (covering how to make rolls, the history of sushi and sushi basics)
• Instruction on how to make rolls (which can be brought home)
• All the ingredients and equipment are included in the class fee
• Kid-friendly: Children (ages 10 and older) welcome to take the class too!
