Enjoy food, drinks and an inside look at how musicals are made! Meet the acclaimed writers: three-time Grammy nominee Chief Joseph Boudreaux Jr., and Tony Awards producer Kevin Merritt. "The Rumble" is a powerful new musical set in post-Katrina New Orleans, where a young man must confront his heritage and discover that legacy, culture, and community are not burdens to escape, but gifts to carry forward.

The writers will talk about their creative process and share some songs from the new musical they are developing at Rhinebeck Writers Retreat.
