Summer Cider Party with Treasury Cider at Fishkill Farms

Spend the first weekend of August soaking up summer at Fishkill Farms during the Summer Cider Party!

The Treasury Cider Bar will be pouring handcrafted hard cider all weekend long, made from apples grown, pressed, and fermented right on the farm. Enjoy a tasting flight, try one of the seasonal cocktail specials, or simply relax with a glass while listening to live music each day.

Add a little color to your day with a Sip ‘n Clip experience! Each ticket includes the opportunity to pick-your-own bouquet from the organically grown flower fields, plus a voucher redeemable at the bar for a nine-ounce pour of hard cider. Reservations are required to participate through the Pick-Your-Own Reservations page.

No summer celebration is complete without great food. In addition to the Farmer’s Fork outdoor food stand, there will be local food trucks serving up delicious bites throughout the weekend. Enjoy The Dog House on Saturday, and Graze & Harvest on both Saturday and Sunday.
