On the eve of America's 250th birthday, enjoy a screening of the film "1776," which recounts the tense days leading up to the signing of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776. The film stars Blythe Danner, Ken Howard, Howard DaSilva and William Daniels. You'll step aboard the Estuary Steward tour boat and enjoy a scenic ride from the Beacon dock to Pollepel Island in the Hudson River, home of Bannerman Castle.
