"Rhythm & Stories" with Jazz Artist Joakim Lartey at the Mid-Hudson Discovery Museum

In partnership with Jazz in the Valley, discover the power of rhythm and storytelling with legendary percussionist and TRANSART Jazz Artist Joakim Lartey! In his program, Rhythm & Stories, Joakim blends storytelling and music to inspire the next generation. A celebrated Hudson Valley artist and educator, he brings the traditions of African percussion to students throughout the region.

For ages 7 and up. Parents or guardians are required to be present for this program.
