FDR Library Presents "Equestrian History of the Roosevelts and Delanos"

The Franklin D. Roosevelt Presidential Library and Museum and the Home of Franklin D. Roosevelt National Historic Site will host a special presentation, "Equestrian History of the Roosevelts and Delanos," with Dr. Shelby Landmark. 

Dr. Landmark will discuss her research on the Roosevelt and Delano families’ equestrian history in the Hudson Valley, covering FDR’s father’s important role in harness racing, the Delano family’s horse-centered daily life, and FDR’s connection with horses before and after the onset of paralysis.
