Tivoli Artists Gallery Presents "A Moment in Time" Exhibit

Tivoli Artists Gallery is showing “A Moment in Time,” an exhibition centered on something that happened at a particular time attempting to show an occurrence. Some works are of a personal nature that inform viewers of an event in the artist's life. Others serve to illuminate incidents that are current or historic.
