Millbrook Arts Group Winter Concert Series: Musicians of Ma'alwyck

Founded in 2000 by violinist and artistic director Ann-Marie Baker Schwartz, the professional chamber music ensemble Musicians of Ma’alwyck is widely recognized for bringing history to life. The ensemble began with a specialization in pieces that may have been heard in New York State during the 18th and 19th centuries and has expanded their repertoire into 20th century works, contemporaries, and commissions from emerging composers. Musicians of Ma’alwyck are Ann-Marie Baker Schwartz (violin), Sten Yngvar Isachsen (guitar), Norman Thibodeau (flute), and André Laurent O’Neil (cello).
