St. Patrick’s Week with Guest Chef Rich Reeve at Gigi Trattoria

Rhinebeck’s Gigi Trattoria welcomes guest chef Rich Reeve (formerly of Elephant and Bia) for a special St. Patrick’s Week menu from March 12–17. Reeve brings his bold culinary voice to a lineup of Irish-inspired dishes layered with Gigi’s seasonal sensibility.

The menu includes Guinness and treacle brown bread with Irish smoked salmon, cottage beef and barley soup, potato and smoked trout salad, Irish cheddar “mac m’ cheese,” braised corned beef and cabbage with horseradish-parsley sauce, and warm date pudding with caramel for dessert.
