The Millbrook Arts Group Winter Concert Series returns to the Millbrook Library this February through April. All programs are free to the public. A pre-show reception starts before each concert at 4:30 p.m. Each concert runs 5–6:30 p.m.

Saturday, Feb. 28: Lost Radio Rounders
Acoustic Americana trio Lost Radio Rounders’ deep repertoire of song is rooted in work of folklorists and musicologists such as John & Alan Lomax, Carl Sandburg, Irwin Silber and Harold Thompson. Featuring Tom Lindsay (vocals, guitar and guitelele), Michael Eck (mandolin, uke and percussion) and Paul “Bowtie” Jossman (banjo and vocals).

Saturday, March 28: Hudson Valley Hot Club
Vintage jazz from the 20s and 30s played in the raucous swing style developed by Django Reinhardt and other great gypsy jazz musicians. Featuring Luke Johnson and Eric Marshall on guitar and David Chernack on fiddle/mandolin.
 
Saturday, April 25: Musicians of Ma’alwyck
Founded in 2000 by violinist and artistic director Ann-Marie Baker Schwartz, the professional chamber music ensemble Musicians of Ma’alwyck is widely recognized for bringing history to life. The ensemble began with a specialization in pieces that may have been heard in New York State during the 18th and 19th centuries and has expanded their repertoire into 20th century works, contemporaries, and commissions from emerging composers. Featuring Ann-Marie Baker Schwartz (violin), Sten Yngvar Isachsen (guitar), Norman Thibodeau (flute), and André Laurent O’Neil (cello).
