Spend an evening discovering its varietals, learning why country of origin matters, and discovering when to use which type of balsamic. This evening starts with a lecture and tasting at 6 p.m. in Danny Kaye Theatre located in the Conrad Hilton Library, presented by Giulia Maugeri of Giusti Balsamic Vinegar a four-century-old family-owned and operated business from Modena, Italy. Following the lecture and tasting, guests will enjoy a five-course dinner at Ristorante Caterina de' Medici.
