This "Best-Of" Boot Camp brings together the highlights of some of the CIA's most popular classes into one five-day program. On each themed day, you'll learn and practice hands-on culinary skills and experience exciting new flavors, all with the helpful guidance of the CIA's famed chef-instructors. You'll start with the basics as you dive into knife skills and culinary fundamentals, moving onto essential techniques. Once you've mastered the foundations, you'll explore the international cuisines of Italy, France, and Asia.
