Sensory-Friendly Performance of "The Nutcracker" at the Bardavon 1869 Opera House

In celebration of the 10th anniversary of Dutchess County's ThinkDIFFERENTLY initiative, the Bardavon hosts a sensory-friendly performance of the holiday classic, "The Nutcracker," by the New Paltz Ballet Theatre. Adjustments to lighting and sound will be made to accommodate those with sensory sensitivities, including individuals on the autism spectrum. Seating is limited for this free, one-hour, “no-hush” show.

Prior to the performance, at 5:30 p.m. in the lobby, there will be a brief event marking the 10th anniversary of ThinkDIFFERENTLY.
