Dassai Blue Sake Brewery presents its first-ever Wagashi Workshop with a Tsukimi theme.

Receive guided instruction from wagashi expert, Sara Suzuki, and make three different designs of nerikiri wagashi with a Tsukimi theme, a traditional Japanese festival celebrating the harvest moon.

Wagashi is a traditional Japanese confection that is typically made from plant-based ingredients like rice, wheat, beans, and agar.

Event includes:
• Guided instruction from Sara Suzuki
• All of the materials to make 3 wagashi
• A glass of DASSAI BLUE Nigori or Type 50 sake
