Chefs' Farm Fresh Dinner and Live Music at Bannerman Castle

The Bannerman Castle Trust and chef Noah Sheetz present their annual Farm Fresh Dinner at Bannerman Castle on Pollepel Island in the Hudson River. Noah and five chefs from New York return to create a special five-course delectable meal. Enjoy the island during peak summer garden bloom and witness the amazing progress the BCT has made restoring the island’s structures over the past year!

The cruise aboard the Estuary Steward tour boat, guided tour, dinner (with music by classical guitarist Dan Garcia) and a fine art sale are all included in the price of the ticket! Boat departs from the Beacon Institute Floating Dock, located across from the Beacon Train Station.
