Mount Gulian Historic Site Hosts Revolutionary War Day

Cost:

$18 adults; $15 seniors; $12 children (ages 3 to 16). There is no charge for children under 3 and Mount Gulian members. Membership is open to the public.

Join Mount Gulian for their America 250 kickoff event. Visitors can fall-in with re-enactors from the 5th New York Regiment of the Continental Army, The British 15th Regiment of Foot and Mott’s Artillery. 

Boys and girls, as well as interested adults, can enlist in the militia, swear a loyalty oath to the patriot cause and drill with non-firing wooden muskets. A skirmish between the patriots and the British troops will be re-enacted; fife and drummers will be heard, and much more. Bring your cameras!
