Inspired by the tradition of lavish entertaining at the great estates along the Hudson, this hands-on workshop will guide you through the art of crafting a beautiful and delicious charcuterie board. You will learn the essentials of food selection, salami folding, cheese styling, and wine pairing, plus plenty of expert tips to elevate your presentation. Everyone will receive an acacia wood charcuterie board, sample ingredients and enjoy a complimentary glass of wine while creating their own stunning display to take home.
