New York Stage and Film has been an incubator for emerging and established artists and their work since 1985, and this summer’s 40th annual festival on Marist University’s scenic riverfront campus features four weeks full of imaginative and insightful plays and musicals. Hundreds of artists trace their developmental roots to New York Stage and Film, including the Tony Award winners "Hamilton" (Lin-Manuel Miranda), "Hadestown" (Anais Mitchell), "The Humans" (Stephen Karam), and "Doubt" (John Patrick Shanley).

"Vidas Privadas"

• Cesar and Celia are top campaign managers on opposite sides of the partisan divide. They also used to be married. Follow their story from the ballot box to the bedroom in a no-holds-barred immigrant debate that's smart, sexy and uproarious.
