"The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee" at the Center for Performing Arts at Rhinebeck

Up In One Productions presents the heartwarming musical "The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee" at the Center for Performing Arts at Rhinebeck. The show will run from March 14–30, with performances on March 14, 15, 21 and 28 at 8 p.m. and on March 16, 22, 23, 29 and 30 at 3 p.m.

Directed by Caleb Sheedy with music direction by Russell McCook, the musical features Mary Kate Barnett, Lisa Bettencourt, Jalen Carr, Maria Giovanetti, Ory Lopez, Cassiopeia Ottulich, KT Ryan, Kevin See, and Jenna Zipparo, with Katie-Beth Anspach, Emerald Hall, and Roxy Rudeas.

"The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee" tells the story of six tweens vie for the spelling championship of a lifetime. While candidly disclosing hilarious and touching stories from their home lives, the youngsters spell their way through a series of words, hoping never to hear the soul-crushing "ding" of the bell that signals a spelling mistake.
