Healing Meditation: Working with Your Spirit Animals

Meet and work with your spirit animal with Willow Diana at this Healing Meditation Through Shamanic Journey workshop. Shamanic journey work/meditation will encompass a cross-cultural spiritual practice where you will meditate and journey along with the rattle or drum, to non-ordinary reality to meet and work with your animal spirit guide. The journey rests inside of you, and with the assistance of your spiritual guides and allies, you will be guided on how to navigate and understand your soul's journey in this lifetime. Shamanic journey work can facilitate healing and help you thrive in your everyday life.

N experience required. Bring a yoga mat, blanket or chair to sit on. You may also want to bring water, eye covering, a journal and a pen. This event will be held in the heated barn with the horses.
