Celebrating Irish heritage and Staatsburgh’s connections to Ireland, participants will craft Irish soda bread in a jar to bake at home. Hear the story of Irishwoman Annie Moore, the first immigrant processed at Ellis Island, and visit a replica of one of the Irish maid’s bedrooms in the mansion. Learn about the Mills' daughter who married the 8th Earl of Granard, an Irish aristocrat. All materials will be supplied.

Appropriate for children ages 4 and older, accompanied by an adult.
