This class is for advanced beginners who have a knowledge of casting on, knit and purl and binding off. Learn how to make a gusset and have fun in a group.

Instructor Rachel Martinez is a lifelong New Yorker and has been knitting and crocheting for 30 years. After spending many years teaching, she now enjoying life at a slower pace, filled with friends, coffee and thrifting. There is always a WIP (work in progress) or two in her knitting on-the-go bag! Her greatest joys are her son, Julian and her fluffy Persian cat, Bettina.

What's included:
• Instructions will be included by Rachel Martinez and will include a skein of our alpaca yarn to make the cowl with. You will get to pick the yarn out as soon you come to the class. Yarn is included in price.

What's to bring:
• Please bring size 8, 9, or 10 straight knitting needles.
