Germania of Poughkeepsie's Annual Christkindlmarkt

Head to Germania of Poughkeepsie's two-day Christkindlmarkt for all your holiday shopping needs — and treat yourself to authentic German cuisine and baked goods while you shop! Find all sorts of gifts and crafts from local vendors, and don't forget to pick up some German potato salad, sauerkraut, herring salad and red cabbage, all for sale by the pound. Enjoy indoor dining and an enclosed, heated vendor tent. The festival will be held Nov. 21 from 4–9 p.m. and Nov. 22 from 10 a.m.–6 p.m.
