This Scottish-style castle was built in the early 1900s by Frank Bannerman to store military surplus items. Guided and self-guided walking tours of the island are offered from May through October, along with movie nights, theatrical and musical performances, and culinary events on the island. You can visit the castle ruins and gardens and explore the original Bannerman residence, which is now a museum.
