47th Annual William and Sadie Effron Lecture in Jewish Studies at Marist College

The Effron Lecture was established in 1976 to raise awareness of Jewish history, culture, and current affairs at Marist and in the community. This year's presenter will be Esther Schor, a professor of English at Princeton University. Her 2006 biography, "Emma Lazarus," won the National Jewish Book Award. This event is free and open to the public. Stick around afterward for refreshments.
