Tour guides will lead you by lantern light through the circa 1820 Evergreen Cemetery, where you will meet several characters in period costume. Through the captivating stories of these former residents of Pine Plains, told in soliloquy and in song, you will learn about their lives and about the history of this rural community and the world beyond. It's a fun and educational event presented by the Little Nine Partners Historical Society with help from the Pine Plains Free Library, and the Stissing Theatre Guild.

Tours begin at 6 p.m., leaving every half hour until 7:30 p.m. There will be a mobility-impaired tour this year at 5 p.m. Please visit the Pine Plains Free Library or call (518) 398-1927 for complete details and to register.

All ages are welcome, but the tours are most suitable for ages 5 and over.
