"Degustazione: Roma!" Italian Food Celebration at 1915 Wine Cellar

Gallery 40 and 1915 Wine Cellar present a culinary dive into Italian regional food: "Degustazione: Roma!" The inaugural entree will be the renowned “cacio e pepe," a pasta dish typical of the Lazio region of Italy. "Cacio e pepe" means "cheese and pepper" in several central Italian dialects. Not to forget a refreshing start with spritz and warm fresh baked focaccia. And the grand finale will be affogato made with espresso from Mercat Cafe and gelato from Artigiani del Gelato!
