Hudson Valley Flamenco Festival in Millbrook

The Hudson Valley Flamenco Festival features a variety of events and performances at various Millbrook locations Aug. 1–3.

• Aug. 1, 6 p.m., Millbrook Library: Screening of the award-winning documentary "La Chana," which is an intimate portrait of Gypsy flamenco dancer La Chana as she returns to the stage after a 23-year break and uncovers the secret of why she disappeared at the peak of her career. • Aug. 2, 5 p.m., Millbrook Vineyards and Winery: "Compas y Copas." Experience the rhythms of flamenco and sip some wine as you relax on the lawn at sunset during the winery's Food Truck Friday event. Click here for details.
