Moonlight Sanctuary Yoga Studio is hosting two wellness workshops on this day: a Cosmic Sound Bath, as well as a ceremonial cacao workshop titled "Ceremonial Cacao: A Journey Into Your Heart."

Ceremonial Cacao: A Journey Into Your Heart (4 – 6:30 p.m.): 100% pure ceremonial cacao is a special and sacred plant medicine for the heart that promotes gentle healing while inviting more creativity, joy, and love into your life. Cacao is an ancient plant medicine of the heart used by natives throughout Central and South America for at least 5,000 years, and it is now making its way out into the Western world. By setting intentions with each cup of cacao, you receive messages for your life where you would like healing or guidance. Cosmic Sound Bath (7:30 – 8:45 p.m.): A multi-dimensional sound journey with many different experiential layers. A powerful meditation portal to access healing, transformation, empowerment, and guidance outside time and space. Alchemy bowls, flute, gong, chimes and more will guide the journey.
