Pleasant Valley Weekend 2023 is set for Sept. 8, 9 and 10 and features three days full of family-friendly fun! There will be inflatable rides, live music, free activities, vendors and plenty to eat and drink. Free child ID kits will be available with the Dutchess County Sheriff. There will be a car show on Friday, fireworks Saturday night and a parade Sunday afternoon. Click here for updates.
Here are some of the highlights on the weekend's schedule:
Friday: Jack Haverty's Classic Car Show, 6 p.m.; line dancing, 6-9:30 p.m.
Saturday: Pleasant Valley Lions Club Annual Ride for Sight (Acme parking lot), 1 p.m.; Historical Society walking tour, 2 p.m.; corn hole tournament, 3 p.m.; karaoke 3-5 p.m.; 2x2 Animal Haven 4:30-6 p.m.; Tumble Bus 5:30-7:30 p.m.; fireworks 9 p.m.
Sunday: Parade 1 p.m.
