Celebrate a wonderful summer at Troutbeck's Labor Day Barbecue. Lawn games, good-time tunes, classic Pole Barn fun!

Lunch will be served buffet-style, with family-style tables to share with your group and other guests. Click here to purchase tickets.

Menu: Suckling pig, local herb chimichurri; grass-fed Grimaldi Farm ribeye, salsa rossa, Hudson Valley steelhead trout grilled whole and stuffed with herbs, salsa verde, charred summer squash steaks with pistachio dukka, and burgers and dogs for the littles (and adults!).

Sides: Charred corn, local chili, cilantro, lime pole beans and melon salad, hyssop, sheep's yogurt, heirloom tomatoes, stone fruit, basil, local lettuces, herb buttermilk, radish, puffed grains, roasted Upstate Abundance potatoes, herbs, and garlic confit.

Desserts: Peach hand pies, watermelon, Rice Krispy Treats, salted chocolate chip cookies.
