Mindfulness & Meditation Class at Fishkill Farms

The tranquility of Fishkill Farms in the morning is the perfect setting for this Mindfulness & Meditation Class, which will be held each Sunday, rain or shine, from June 11-July 30 on the covered wraparound porch. This is a casual introduction to the practice of mindfulness that can be learned by anyone of any age. The class, guided by Scott Bukofsky of Breaking Free Mindfulness, will combine light movement, stillness and breathing exercises, all of which are great for stress relief, relaxation or just taking some time for yourself.
